Needed to get two things done on my visit. First thing, I needes information on my savings account. And second, I needed to get a document notarized with two witnesses. The whole time this banker was trying to convince me why I should leave my current bank (Citizens Bank) that I do mostly all of my finances with and kept pushing me to get new accounts with her. She was a little much. Her accent (maybe Dominican) was so heavy and fast that I spent most of my time asking her to repeat herself. She asked me how much I made an hour even though I was very clear that I was not interested in a credit card. She insisted that their bank was better than Citizens and I should really switch over. Finally, she gave me the print out from my account that I needed. When we got to the notary she said they can't do it with two witnesses anymore and that I should have brought someone. When I asked if another employee could do it she said no that they wouldn't want to. What? She told me to ask a stranger in line. Very poor customer service. I told her that that was ridiculous and that I would walk a block to Citizens Bank because they would never turn me away like that. So I did. Much more professional and respectful of my time!

Bad customer service... they suppose to send me a new debit card and is one month now and I still waiting :/
