ATM didn't gave us any money. Smh Employees couldn't help us with our problem.

Bank of America is a disgusting xenophobic institution. I am a platinum customer and have a huge amount of assets accumulated in this bank. My credit history is stelar. Yet, when I asked for U$20k in auto loan, I was denied because I am in the country under an work visa.

I started moving all my assets to a credit union right away and am much happier now. I am treated with more respect and I get much better service and rates there than at Bank of America. You should probably look for alternatives besides the giga banks, like BoA, Chase, Wells Fargo or Citi. Small banks and credit unions can be a much better option.

This is a wonderful location. I came up from Ventura to help my 101 year old aunt. Nat was very helpful , He spent over an hour with us. He was knowledgeable, friendly and went way beyond anyone I have ever worked with at Bank of America. I was even able to call him later and work out some issues we had. IF i lived in Venice I would bank here. Thank you Nat for your excellent service. I have had an account with Bank of America over 25 years and was never treated this well. Thank you Nat again.
