Best service I ever had.  I went in to the branch and ended up in front of a guy (Gerardo ?) who's name I can't remember.  He was so formal and so professional I had to look around to make sure I was in the right bank!  TO be completely honest, Wells Fargo has been mediocre at best but these guys at this branch really are fantastic.  The teller at the next window was also nice to the lady he was helping.  

Here's another thing: They have really nice candies and gourmet coffee while you wait.  I don't go for that kind of stuff but it was definitely a nice touch because this wasn't the super-cheap candy and things that you would expect to find.  They even offered me a bottle of water -which I accepted.  -very nice.   

Parking is a little hard to find because the lot is small.  That's the only drawback but it's probably because everyone wants to do their banking here.

This branch is full of lies and racism I was told by customer service I could cash a check and the bank manager lied to my face and didn't even listen to my situation

The location is a bit inconvenient plus the parking lot is usually hectic

Established an account here, and was waiting on checks for two weeks to arrive. After two and a half weeks I went back. They claim there was a "hold,' on the order, but I don't buy that for one second. I think they forgot to order them. Now here I am waiting another 5-7 business days. Soon as I get my checks, I'll start going to a different branch.
