I rate them a ZERO . ALWAYS A BAD EXPERIENCE.  went to 3 locations to cash a check TELLER ASSISTED DRIVE THROUGH . Out of order . Just another corporate america disappointment.  And I wouldn't be posting this had this not been the first time . It's a constant problem with Bank of America.  On top of it they have the nerve to charge you $8.00 to cash a check and smile right in your face . Bank of America simply does not care about their customers . Never again will I go to bank of america.  Horrible experience everytime

Every time the big line to the cash box. It is terrible and disgusting to waist your time in such way. 
Only 1 person for 12 people in the line.

Great service. Very friendly and efficient staff. Opened a new checking account and Ray Dequarto was awesome!

Waiting time, 2 tellers and the line long as hell. I think they don't care about people's time I can believe this
