Went to Wells Fargo for the first time. First impression is that the staffs' behavior is not very professional. They would talk to each other while both of them are with customers at the counter. I saw two angry clients while I was at the branch. With those clients, I believe they could have handled the situation lot better, but they seemed very unprofessional. I couldn't believe that I was at a bank.
