I just moved here and based on the reviews I was expecting a bad experience in this bank, but when I went there at Friday morning it was not that bad. It took like 10 min to wait for our turn and process.

I received a 20 dollar bill out of their atm. I returned the bill back to the bank because no one would let me use it . When a business would check it to see if it were authentic is would come up negative. I explain this to Steve Kolhoff at the bank. He said that it did not come out of their atm .IT DID! My nephew was with me at the time. This man was condescending, rude and obnoxious. He said if he ran the bill and it was fake that he wouldn't give it back or replace it. He treated us like criminals trying to pass a fake bill. Who would really be stupid enough to go to a bank and do that. I told him if that were the case , I would close my account. I knew where the bill came from, his atm. He ran the bill and it was good just very old as my nephew told him the bill said 1958 believe. Mister know it,all was so rude , I closed the account . I'm not a millionaire , but his treatment made me sick. What a pompous you know what.

Wait time is still ridiculous, there is always a long line no matter what day out of the week it is. They usually have only two tellers all day but today they had 3 tellers and lines were still to long 20 ahead of me to be exact.
