Awful service, unprofessional staff which they change often and get someone worse each time. Banking with WF for many years but it used to be much better. Recently seen much better experience in a different branch, might just try driving there even though its farther, this branch has really fallen in quality of service and altogether. Almost always there are long waits. Parking lot is always filled. Disgusting "security guards" and some of the staff too. Not to mention that they are making pathetic decisions and it's always dirty outside by the ATMs.

Awful branch, unprofessional staff, some staff are even rude and ignorant,dirty surrounding, inconvenient and dirty parking, dirty ATMs.

Worst experience. C  (a teller) is rude and condescending.  He has to say something rude in  passive aggressive way. Also not consistent.  They need customer service training.  I rather travel a little farther to another Wells Fargo than deal with the employee at this bank.
