No tellers in drive up. Rude customer service. No room in drive thru for car to even exit ATM lane.

In this location, no one answering the phone. For over a year I have a bank account, and there never was able to get phone assistance. Why do they not have a phone customer service? A visit to the Bank of America branch in Palos Hills is always a waste of two hours of time. The expedition to the location of the bank is too high costs of my time, the loss of 2-3 hours of time, most of cases can be solved over the phone in a few minutes. May they should do paid phone customer service, I will be happy to pay for it, it's better than a two-hour visit to the Bank of America. I have already had enough of this bank.

Employees over there do not speak English fluently and bad service, the manager has bad attitude
