Chase is one of the biggest banks in the US. Because of this they offer a wide range of services. I have had accounts at other banks and Chase is the best.

This is the worse chase in the area. The lady that was rude to me needs to go back to training. She said I would be charged $45 to cash an international check from Canada, and that they probably won't even cash it and that I should hold on to it and wait a couple weeks. First off who holds on to a check? Second why would I be charged to get my own money. I never had any issues before. Went to the Palos Heights branch and cashed the check with no problems.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! IM DISABLED AND DRIVE THRU FORCED ME TO DRIVE IN CIRCLES JUST TO GET MY OWN MONEY OUT? THATS WHY ALL OF YOU WILL BE OUT OF JOBS SOON!
