Seems like every time I go here there's a line about a mile long and only 2 tellers to accommodate customers. At least half the signage is in Spanish. Sorry, but we speak English in this country. The outside ATM never has any working pens, and once I got locked inside due to a faulty door mechanism. I hate this branch.

Teller wasn't very pleasant. Customer service is difficult but if your that pissy find another job. Only Bank of America I've ever complained about.
