Customer service sucks...you will be in line for over a hour...all employee walking around while one teller is open..over twelve people in line. Closing my account

I walked in to get a temporary card, I received friendly and fast service as soon as I walked through the door. They made sure my expectations were met and I left out feeling good about my experience l.

In Riverton shopping center. Like all banks, it can be crowed at times,  I never have had an issue at this bank

Horrible horrible customer service. After waiting in line for 40 mins, as I walked to the window, she got up and left, without saying anything. Absolutely inexcusable, unprofessional and rude! 
The other girl took me, and told me that I need to come back because she didn't have any change! It's a freaking bank! I was pushed to make a scene and she figured where to look for my change! 
Don't go at this location unless you have nothing else to do with your life but wait, and be treated like crap!
