I came to the BofA financial center to handle a difficult issue with the bank. Vivian Sanchez, the relationship manager was incredibly helpful and provided solutions for me to handle the situation. For my first time at this branch, I felt very comfortable and I also felt that I was treated kindly.

Definitely go to this branch.

Horrible wait times. Tellers are not personable/friendly, AT ALL!

Slowest bank on earth! I have never seen more than two tellers available ever- even during times of obvious increased traffic. Avoid this branch at all costs if you have any kind of schedule to keep as wait times are insanely unpredictable!

It's ok wait time isn't as bad as some bofa.  People are friendly

We have done business with BofA for over 20 years. I've never been fully satisfied with their service but we remained loyal customers for 20+ years anyway. Late last year we joined a credit union and could not believe the outstanding service we have received in such a short time. Yesterday, my husband needed a money order quickly and out of habit just ran over to our local BofA. Once again we were reminded how CRUMMY the service is/was. The staff is just down right RUDE. They are really mostly just miserable employee's. I've gone in there several times over the past few years and every time I'm just disappointed. I could never keep my job and treat people poorly and I'm not sure why your employee's are allowed to so.Thanks for reminding me that I need to close our last account with you and no longer do business with you.
