They are just understaffed for the good number of customers they have. Otherwise very nice and knowledgeable people.

Worst bank I've ever dealt with. They charge you to cash a payroll check if you don't have an account. That's ridiculous... the check is written on a BOA acct and  sure  the Employeed has already paid a ton of fees to even write the check. Secondly you have to go on no drive thru for non-BoA customers. And once you wait in the teller line for forever they then tell you to have a seat and a banker will check you in and verify funds..... Again the check is written on a BoA acct. If they don't trust their own check then there's a problem. That made me think there's no way I'd ever open an account with them which I had considered before this ordeal

Incredibly slow and understaffed. No drive thru service anymore. If you need banking services, don't go here.

Quick service, were polite and helpful, made sure I understood everything and ensured my card would arrive before the end of the week. Sure the hours suck, but only the manager can change that, and that's if corporate allows. Being short-staffed is not the employees' fault either, they can't control that.

I love this branch. The staff are super friendly and the manager helped me out with everything I needed. Sure, they are busy and you have to wait in line for a few minutes but it is significantly better than branches I've been to in DFW area.
