I have banked with LNB for over 10 years.  The personal bankers and tellers are friendly and quick to take care of my banking needs.  Always a hot cup of coffee or cold drink available in the lobby while I wait.  Can't say enough about how much I appreciate the service!

Don’t bank here. You’ll regret it. I’ve been banking here since June 2015 and had no issues with banking at all until the past 4 days. Someone stole my debit card information which made any purchases I tried to make get declined. I called to see what was wrong with my card and was then told unauthorized charges were made and flagged on my account.  They told me to go and get a new debit card which I did within 20 minutes of the phone call. (This all happened the day before I was set to go out of town without prior notification of issues with my card/account-It was random chance I tried to purchase something and saw it was declined that day) I went and got a new card, filed out paperwork to dispute 2 charges and was told since they were pending it shouldn’t process and ‘drop off’ and stop future unauthorized charges. 2 days later I’m back to find they did go through and 2 more unknown charges from the same previous disputes. What happened to changing my debit information and protecting my account?! I called at 3:50pm and was told I needed to come down and file more dispute paperwork. I got to the bank at 4:10 to find the doors locked. I called them again and said, I’m here, the doors locked, can I get the dispute papers from the mobile deposit or where? I was told, “You can get them here tomorrow at 9 when we open.” They didn’t tell me they were closing, they told me to go down there NOW to dispute it in person then say wait till tomorrow?! HOW DARE YOU! This bank lied about protecting my account by still letting charges be made AFTER I did everything that was asked and then treat their customers this way?! I will be there tomorrow to close my account. Don’t bank here. You’ll regret it.
