Great customer service, but terrible terrible hours!  What bank closes during the week at 4pm?!?

Bad customer service starting from the Manager down. Most of Bank of America branches they treat customers like kings and queens. This branch the Manager at the date and time of my visit was not very pleasant. She has the air of someone high up in a pedestal. As of today they have a 3.5 star review at this branch, no wonder why.

The clerk misinformed me about a cashier's check and I had to go there twice. Wasted my time.

Terrible customer service! The manager was not helpful and asked me to call a number for account verification.

The inside experience at this branch is nice, however the drive-through ATM out back ate my money and I am now dealing with the BoA Claims Department over the phone. Absolutely outrageous; If this was someone's money to pay a bill it would be a horrific experience I'm sure. 
I will update this review when the claims department does it's "investigation" on where my money went.
