1.0 star rating 6/9/2016 First to Review - Took 4 weeks to get an atm card. - They showed a balance that didn't include pending items so we spent with the balance only to find out 5 items amounting to $67.00 were overdrawn. They charged us $180.00 in O/D fees. they returned $36.00. -My car payments were late by 2 weeks, 2 months in a row using their online banking to setup automatic payments. I even had to call them and email them to process the payments. - Made my wife and I and our 3 kids come into the branch to have my wife fill out a form to add her to the account. Even though I went in and gave him my information, he still insisted we all had to be present. -2 weeks later, still haven't received my wife's atm card. thought they said it would take 1 week. We have been with this bank for 3 months and began using it 2 months ago. already on my list as: "THE WORST BANK IN THE UNITED STATES" We will be moving to another bank after our current bills are payed. My advice: This is the worst bank i've dealt with in 40 years. Unprofessional, Greedy, makes excuses for not returning calls and emails. No ethics or customer service standards whatsoever. Avoid any BB&T at all costs.
