Worst bank in pinellas county. Understaffed, slow as molasses. Waited 45 min to make a withdrawal. ATM is out of service half of the time. This branch should be shut down if they can not staff it appropriately and meet the demands of the community. If you value your time as I do, please visit a different branch. I will be closing my accounts as soon as I can see a customer service rep. (Takes an hour for someone to see you)

Worst bank ever. Most of the staff is unfriendly and this location is under-staffed, so completing a 2 minute transaction can take 15 or 20 minutes. If you already bank with Bank of America, go to another location. There are a couple not far away. If you don't already bank with BoA, DON'T.

This is the most inefficient and horrible bank ever. They need to close or restaff. ATM has been down for weeks, they often have one poor soul servicing the drive thru window and the customers inside at the same time, causing a simple transaction to take up to an hour. Infuriating to say the least. Save yourself the aggravation and go anywhere else!

Give 0 stars if I could... horrible horrible customer service charge me 3 over drafts fees in one day $105 couldn't even wave one... So I deposit my check of $800 I owe them $200 try to get my other $600 and they said I can't get it out for a few days I can only get $67 out... Wells Fargo here I come!!! I've been a member of this bank since I was 14. HORRIBLE service!!!!!!

Worst bank I've ever been to. I make deposits daily and a single deposit with maybe one person ahead of me can take up to 50 minutes. The staff is somewhat courteous, but their service doesn't make up for it.
