Tuesday morning around 11:15AM, 8 people on line and there is only one clerk on other side of thick glasses. It was good 20 minutes wait to make a simple deposit with some money withdraw. A guy name Victor who looks like a loan officer was just standing there hopelessly then he walked into his office and closed glass door. Bankers already started to cut the employees at the branch................ I am sure whole lot more cuts are coming.

This bank has a Notarized staff named Maylin Lisbeth Ibanez, she is an extremely unprofessional staff. we had an appointment to do shared housing disclosure for my kids school. 1) she asked an unclear question and blamed us for given the wrong answer. if she had problem to communicate with customers, she could ask for a translator, but she chose not to. 2) cross out the name and overwrite it on a formal document then notarized. 3) if she thinks that document fill out incorrectly, she could tell us to fill out a new document and we could have get it notarized by today.

This is rockville town center.. there should be enough ppl working the windows to make sure people dont wait over 15mins for one person to get off break because theres only 1 person at the window ..

New branch is horrible. Not enough tellers and parking sucks. Really bullet proof glass in Rockville?????

I had waited for over 20minutes. One clerk told me everyone was  busy and did complicated problems, but a Chinese man stopped  here and walked into office directly. After then, I listened he and the teller talked some personal topic.
