Story

We are a full-service financial firm committed to helping people pursue their financial goals. We offer a wide range of financial products and services to individuals and business owners.

As an Independent Financial Advisory firm, we are not restricted to any investment product or service, and work exclusively for the benefit of our clients and their families.

Alexander Parris was born and raised in Saint-Petersburg, Russia.

From 1979 to 1981 he served in the Russian Army. Military training has taught him discipline, rapid decision-making and stress management - important qualities in dealing with money and emotions. Alexander earned his advanced degree in chemistry from St. Petersburg University in 1983. Having an Engineering background has contributed to Alexander's success in developing a sound methodology while designing an accumulation and distribution strategy for his clients' investment accounts.

In 1988 Alexander and his family moved to the U.S. and settled down in Maryland.

He started his career in the financial services industry in 1995 with Dean Witter in Washington, DC, where he developed a holistic approach in helping his clients grow and preserve their wealth. In 2008, Alexander started Financial Securities Services, LLC in Rockville, MD.

Outside of his business activities Alexander has a lot of other interests, including travelling and home remodeling. He also sings and plays a keyboard in his ParrisTroika band.
