Some are really nice to you here. However the bank teller was not nice. She had a attitude. I would have given it a 1 star, however the people in the lobby were nicer.

You need more than one teller at the drive thru window! Sitting in line for 20 mins when your the second car is unacceptable!

We just spent 2 hours on the phone with the credit card numbers, on hold, with call backs, trying to get information on benefits with our Visa card recently opened with our account with Bank Of America. We waited, had four people total, and one disconnect, to not be able to receive information on the card benefits. TERRIBLE card service. We will NOT be using our VISA unless absolutely necessary due to terrible customer response, and their lack of ability to find information. We were transferred several times and they do not know what the benefits are. Tried to reach the Pearland office for help, put on hold, told by automate system to make appointment. TERRIBLE customer service, we will NOT be using this card much at all since you can NOT get information if  or when needed. Waste of 2 hours of our time.

min wait time for a former banking member to even see about reopening an account, when there is one person ahead of us and 3 people just sitting at their desks. Inexcusable for a major financial institution.
