First time being here to take some cash out. I specifically marked the withdrawal from saving, and the teller took money out of my checking which overdrafts my account. I even asked about the "checking withdrawal" on the receipt when I was there. The teller just shrugged. Later, I tried to call the location after I got the overdraft notice on my phone. No one picked up the phone, and it was still during business hour.

Ive been coming here from quite some time..everyone is so welcoming except a teller "nicole" she so rude doesn't greet, and never have a good service..I will never want her to help me again.

Awesome bank, haven't been to a chase recently so when i walked in and was guided to the high-tech ATM for ALL my banking needs i was surprised. And let me just say, that's one awesome ATM, very fast service, unlike most ATMs.
