Very nice place! Luis Rossi helped me and my family set up our accounts ! He was very friendly and helped us do everything in one visit ! I will say making appointments are great because you are able to be seen faster . Jeff Stebbins was very friendly and helpful also .

They NEVER ANSWER PHONES... WHAT TYPE OF BANK IS THIS .... Long lines not enough people working here....waiting in line 15 mins the. 30 mins for a banker to assist me. Ridiculous.

I come here frequently. Always long lines. Can't do business deposit at drove up window. I asked why and told it was not accurate? Today with long lines saw employee joking and laughing with other employees as she left.
