Called in to this location and spoke with Dillion from preferred services to have my fee waived he was so unprofessional . Requested to speak with a manager three times and she finally came at the fourth request of me asking to get on the phone, Lisa the manager was rude and unprofessional she has no management skills nor leadership skills at all.
