This bank doesn't even deserve the 1 star that i gave it, my wife and i were applying for a approval and the person that was helping us was the Senior Mortgage consultant, i was submitting everything that she needed to get the ball rolling, most of the conversations were done by e-mail, as she said that would be the best way for her and it was for me as well at first, than i wrote her an e-mail explaining that we needed to talk over the phone because i wasn't understanding 1 of the documents that she needed, i than received an e-mail saying that she didn't feel good and she thought that she was coming down with the flu, quite understandable, but that was on Jan 8th, from that time to Jan 25th i heard nothing, i e-mailed her 3 times and received nothing back, i than went to Bank of America to file a complaint, they took my name and number and said that someone would be calling me shortly. I than received a call later in the day from someone from the bank, while on the phone with her she was e-mailing the mortgage Consultant about my complaint, did you know that not even seconds later someone else is calling on the other line, and who do you think that would be, the woman i haven't heard from in weeks, i let the answering machine pick the call up, i later listened to the message, she wasn't sick at all, her voice was as it was normal, she started by saying that she has no excuses and that she had other important things to deal with, do you believe that other things to her are more important than a customer? I am done with this bank, i have never seen this happen before, i mean, what was more important to her? another customer maybe, i have no idea, but i have to tell you, don't deal with this bank, i got very poor customer service, i never called her back after listening to her no excuse message, she also was saying that she was having a hard time with the computer generating a approval manually, i never heard of that before, well i never returned her call, i tried contacting her several times and i got nothing, no more, all done, very dissatisfied!
