Nathan helped me a lot even if I wasn't a customer of the bank anymore. He helped me as it's his own problem and solved the problem that I had been trying to solve for 2 weeks.

Absolute worst customer experience I've ever had with a bank. All they tell you is that you can do it yourself online. Needed to change my PIN number on a debit card, had to go in the branch to do it, had to schedule an appointment to do so, and had to wait an hour past my appointment time because they don't seem to either care about scheduled appointment times or just don't have any kind of time management. In summary- Take your money to Chase or Frost. They treat people like people.

Every time I have gone in to this location the ladies are very rude and look down because I don't have an account with BOA!Because of that I will never open an account with them.Secondly they are very inconsistent,sometimes they charge me a fee to cash my payroll check then the next time the clerk doesn't charge,Last they had been cashing my checks not on the pay date ,then one day out the blue oh we can't cash this you have to wait a day!!!It was so irritating very poor service!!!!!!!!!

everytime I talk to anyone in that branch expecially the branch manager Rita who is so rude we've been banking with them for the last 15 years and I think it's time for us to make a change.
