always have had good service for me.... nice tellers. helpful.

They took out chairs for customers. Not very helpful. I got robbed and they took forever helping me no management to help. Luckily I had police report and old license but took hours.

Take your service else where. As a young family starting out we hit a rough patch in our finances, I have a low amount available in my checking and went to deposit a large check. It was a personal check written out to my fiancé so he signed it over to me and came with me to deposit it. I was told that I would be debited a small amount and the rest would be held over the weekend (this was on a Thursday) Not only was I NOT debited any amount I would not be allowed the rest until the end of the week. I made clear to the teller on Thursday that I was going to be sending out bills over the weekend and she assured me several times my funds would be posted by monday. I went in that Monday and nothing. I spoke to the manager and she said it was being held for investigation because it was a third party check and there was nothing she could do. Then she asked why a family member of mine wrote a check to my fiancé and not me! And why he doesn't have an account of his own. Furious doesn't even begin to describe how I felt. Not to mention humiliated that she felt she needed to go into such depth as to why he was cashing it with me. The phone call to check for funds on the account the check was written on might have taken her ten minutes. I have bills to pay and children to feed and that was ridiculous. I will be closing my account this Friday when the funds are finally released, and after 5 years of banking with them will never step foot in there again.

I have had several bad experiences with Bank of America and this branch in particular. BoA's customer service is terrible. Both over the phone, online, and in person they can't wait to take your money and move you out the door. If any problems happen they make it clear that it is your fault and not theirs until proven otherwise. This particular branch in fact has managed to loose two checks I have deposited into their ATM and after two months of them failing to find them I have had to ask the those who wrote them for me for new copies! My recommendation: avoid until they make major changes in how they deal with their customers.
