Try to call this branch and speak to an associate. Go ahead. Just try. Then try again. After wading through the recorded options, the phone rings about five times, after which a cheerful recording tells you that "everyone is assisting customers," and then it hangs up. Do you see this map? This part of the world is called the Middle East. For as long as anyone can remember, it has been besieged by war, violence, and bloodshed. But after trying to speak to anyone at Bank Of America, I now believe that peace in the Middle East is more likely than a human being on the phone at this crappy, crappy bank.

Go with any other Bank! They will charge you for any and every thing. My card was stolen while I was out of town. I filed a claim and they denied because "I didn't give them the police report number and information" which I did but I gave the information out a second time. Now after more than a month it is being under investigation and they will not place a temporary credit on my account because the claim was reopened. However why wasn't there a temporary credit placed when I first filed the claim? Now I have a negative balance and bills are past due. Do NOT bank with boa. If your card is stolen or someone steals your information they are not the best bank to fulfil their customers needs. I am so unsatisfied with services. Will be chosing another bank.

This place isn't good. No, i don't have an account here, and wouldn't come here except to cash checks drawn on this bank. My last three trips here to cash a check...They first refuse, upon being persistent, they pass you off to another associate, then delay by saying they need to "call to verify", and after serving every other customer in the lobby, disappear for a while. If you out wait them, they'll eventually cave and cash the check, but what a pain. 3rd trip in a row this has happened at this bank. It's systematic, not coincidental. I will never bank at B of A based on my experiences at this branch.

The worst bank ever. The branch manager is always directing the line incorrectly, by allowing others to get in front of you or not allowing you to get in line, all the while people off the street walking in and hop in line when you could've got in line. Plus, the branch managers attitude is rude! Stay away from this bank.
