Don't expect to get a friendly welcome if you are trying to see a banker. You will have to wait almost an hour before someone can come and tell you that they will not be able to help you until another hour. They will recommend you to go to another bank. They will try to interrogate you to see if you need to see a banker and argue with you so that you leave without actually sitting down and going over your account. I do like Chase, but my experience with this specific branch has been terrible.

The only problem is that near closing they only have one teller on duty.

I like this branch because I opened both my business accounts here ... but the manager told me she had a complaint against me from the staff that I don't count my deposit and don't have my paper right and they keep telling me to use the ATM and other forms of depositing my money ..... really hurtful because I use this branch all the time.... I personally thought they had to count the money when the receive it .... I didnt know counting the money in a machine was a problem ... but it's ok .... going in to close both accounts asap .... I think it's a race thing more than anything else I am too young and foreign to be successful.......people like these make me work harder and accomplish more .... I am so hurt than angry .... but just me careful here ... the manager will kill u with fake smiles..

First let me say that I come here all the time.
Let me also say that I once HATED ATMs. I feel that banks today rely too much on them and it takes away our need for bank tellers. I would like to go to a bank where I know the people and the people know me. It gives me an extra layer of security.

There is always just one teller and never more than that. I would appreciate it if there were more active tellers.

These days, I deposit all my checks through the mobile app. If I have cash, I'll go to the ATM and deposit it. I wish it wasn't so close to the dumpy walmart nextdoor, too. I always do my banking at night by pressing the onscreen buttons and loking up every 2 seconds - no exaggeration. I expect to get jumped for a $5 at any moment. But this is my bank and I support it, so they don't get a terrible review. If this was a bank that I just stumbled upon in a distant city, it would get 2 stars, though.
