Drive up ATMS "with teller assist"  were dead.  They were marked as "open" and had green lights.  People were consistently driving up, getting nothing then having to drive all the way around the building to re enter the regular ATM line. It became hazardous when one woman decided to park her car in the nonfunctional ATM line and walk over and cut in to the front of the regular car line on foot.  Tellers were at the window and witnessed this but did nothing.

They really need to hire more people.  The line is out the door anytime I've seen this place. Also they need to work on their customer service. They make you feel as if you're bothering them.  They are always annoyed.  Seems like all the bank of America's are like this. Beautiful facility but they desperately need new management and employees. Not to mention the white guy, Matthew, who is managing the place today is racists. I can't even right now. I'm about to record our conversation and post it on social media.  This is insane.

I went to this BOA just to order a new card and got so much more! Pattie was beyond helpful. I felt like she really cared about me. I came back a different day and she recognized me. I was honestly planning to rid of my BOA account in a couple months but Pattie made me change my mind. Thanks Pattie! :)

This branch is always backed up. There's never enough employees working here. On a Monday, they have 2 tellers working both the front counter and drive thru. They are remodeling this bank. But what they really need are more employees. Today, the bank's computer system is down. Something they should let customers know before customers park their cars and walk in to the bank only to find out the system is down. The branch manager here needs help in figuring out what their needs are. Definitely not a new face lift, but rather more employees that can serve their customers. Terrible way of running this branch.
