This place is great. They provide excellent customer service, the inside is nice and clean. All these other ppl giving them one star are just complaining because they have some other agenda's. I say, just slow your roll, live life happy cuz it's too short, and let these employees do their jobs. They are professional and provide excellent customer service.

Greeter was excellent but Carmen at the desk frowned when she saw I was depositing loose change ($12.50 and only $0.85 pf which was pennies). Stairs at it for 30 seconds as if I've dropped an alien on the counter. First she tells me I have to count it on my own. I stay silent, so then she says she can count only $5. She leaves the counter for a second so I start counting my cash that I also had to deposit. All the sudden she decides to start counting the change on her own without telling me why she changed her rule, again. I could see from the corner of my eye that she is making faces to her colleague as if she is rolling her eyes at me. She also shorts me $10. Gets arrogant at first but then apologizes once she realizes her mistake. Not bluntly offensive but lacks professionalism, focus, and is lazy.

If the total lack of respect that this place gives to their non-customers mirrors in anyway the respect they give to their members. I strongly urge, if you have an account to close it. You would receive much more satisfaction banking with the Ace Cash Express next door to them. Once again another testimony and why afcu is a better choice than a standard Big Money Bank. At the time of writing this review the review on this place is a 2.3 it seems to B more people are highly unsatisfied with this place then have a positive experience. Unless you have a large account with them and they're willing to kiss your posterior. Do not bank here do not waste your time here run away in haste. Any members who read this post I highly urge you to reconsider your financial dealings with this branch and Institution. I filed a complaint on their website with their customer service I'll also be filing complaints with Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau and various other organizations and fraternities that may have dealings with this institutions location.

Worst customer service. Two employees were talking amongst themselves while I was waiting for help. I then made sure to let them know I was there and that I would like some assistance and I was ignored. I left due to the lack of attention they were paying to there customers. One of the employees followed me to my car and was not letting me go saying she apologized and that she didn't she me. I then told her to take her hands out of my vehicle.

This is an extremely slow location and don't expect any customer service.  You will want to find a different branch if you need anything more than an ATM.
