Employees here are very sluggish. I tried calling them several times but they never pick up. It's like they are fed up of their responsibilities.

Bank of America has treated us terribly as a small business client. Our account is in this branch, Parkwood in Plano Tx. A significant amount of money has disappeared from our account and it's been over 90 days. BofA does not care to fix their mistake. If you are a small fish, don't do your business with BofA. We are a small non profit charity, and it has been a terrible experience.

The loan office at this branch has no clue about the Texas laws around a HELOC. I wasted several hours, money and miles to get the info needed only to be told my property will not qualify after the fact.

I go to this place because it's near to work. But it's a big mistake. Staff at counter are not very friendly. You would see just one person at counter even at 9:20 AM in the morning. I had to wait at least 15 minutes just one person in the counter and rest all are other employees are roaming here and there. I won't come here again.
