I have a credit card through capital one and I've never made a late payment and they keep increasing my limit, I love it! I went to Echo Park looking for a car and they salesman told me to do my auto finance through Capital one. I was stunned when I got approved with such a low interest rate. Just made my first payment through the Capital One app and it was so easy, it even allows you to make payments to the Principal only & even lets you view, download or print your statement. Love everything about capital one!

I absolutely love working for Capital One. When I started there it was just a job for me but it is now proven to be my career. I'm a very eccentric person and normally could not be confined to a desk but at Capital One you're more than just a number you're a person whom they care about. Best place ever!!!

I'm trying to call and no one picks up. What kind of service is that, I just went through Hurricane Irma, these people are the worst.

I would avoid using capital one if at all possible when financing your vehicle. I understand that many people do not have a choice, but they have ZERO customer service. Randomly when logging in you have to login in to other accounts, which does not improve security and wastes time. This is why i have a password!!! Moreover, when you try to call them, its even worse. Overall just poorly run. Its gotten so bad i am going to refinance with another bank so i dont have to deal with their incompetency any more

Why does it take a week plus and I still have not received a copy of my payment history that I need desperately!  Why the hell can't I talk too someone who can speak ENGLISH, I am so sick of speaking to people that speak Indian.  I've tried hanging up and calling back and I still get someone who speaks Indian!!  They get NO STARS FOR SERVICE!
