I have never had an issue cashing a check until this location. The manager who came over had to give approval for a 92 dollar check was very arrogant and rude when speaking with me on top of badgering me and Asking me when I was going to update my account and telling me well you better do it for next time as this is an issue over and over. My bank account has my maiden name as I have gotten married and the check was in my maiden name but my drivers license has been updated and I haven't had a chance to update my account due to my work schedule and my husband is also on the account. We have been married for 2 years and I come in regularly to cash checks at least every week and no one has given me a hard time about it since my debit card and my social is still under my maiden name the drivers license is the only thing updated. It's frustrating when you are badgered over a small amount such as this when you put so much money into your account. Some people choose to keep things separate and not place it under their married name that should be my choice to decide.

Opening at 10am is real inconvenient for me. I never have heard of a bank that opened at that time.

Everytime I go to this bank I'm always greeted with a smile. The tellers and the bank manager are always so friendly. I´ve experienced nothing but great customer service . I'm a big fan of BOA

You open at 10 am. Earth or B o A. The real world starts at 7. I understand you aren't too far from needing another bailout or about to go belly up. Might want to think about keeping your current customers so you can stay open. Business owners are short on time. Drive thru service is premium. You should listen to your customers. You know, the people keeping your crappy bank open! Get a clue. Hire a new CEO that you can overpay. I would. Then b o a will be no more and we can all move on!
