Again I visit another Bank of America and no way of depositing money.... I wasted my time at the one on 121 in Lewisville because their "Id machine" on the automated teller was not working. It's sad that I'm wasting an hour trying to deposit money for my sister and neither place makes it easy. Why have a drive thru if it's not working right. Try using real humans to help us you know like tellers behind the glass.

I visited this location today to deposit a couple of check and some cash. In addition, I had a separate amount of cash that I needed to get a cashier's check for my job. Halfway through my transactions, my knowledgeable teller was pulled off of my transaction to help someone else (mistake number one on their part), and was replaced by a teller that is new to the bank, Bellina. Bellina counted the cash for my cashier's check, gave me the check and the receipt, and told me I was good to go. Several hours later I get a call from the bank saying that the teller made a mistake and subtracted the amount of my cashiers check from my account. After multiple phone calls and forty minutes, the money was put back into my account. I am happy the problem is fixed, however this is still completely unacceptable. Please do not leave a new teller unsupervised or have a teller pulled off a transaction halfway through to help someone else.

Stopped in for a couple quick deposits. Teller was quick and friendly. The line was rather short.

Small bank ("small" for that location) with full service -- I needed US treasury I-series bonds to redeem and needed collage 529 plan distribution tax advice.  They can do all that, and even have an advisor there.  I do not like going into a large bank building and standing in line.
