This is the worst BOA.. they typically only have 2 tellers on a busy Friday morning. The employees are very nice but you would think that management would actually pay attention to the trend and know when the busiest times are and have more people available. There was one guy just sitting there staring at his computer, he looked up every couple of seconds, and another one walking around, and a lady watching the tellers, you mean to tell me that he couldn't position himself behind the teller window and help to get the line down... there were 11 people in front of me when I walked in and another 7 came in after me.. this is poor customer service!

This is one of the best banks to work at. Employees get paid to do absolutely nothing. 10 customers in line, 1 teller, 3+ employees walking around aimlessly.

Always has a long line, no drive through service, rarely more than one teller open whether there are two or fifteen people in line. Dread having to visit this branch.
