I enjoy my bank. The people there is so helpful. I have no problem with waiting because it doesn't matter where you go you have to wait your turn. Everyone is friendly and speaks all the time. I love my bank. Great people.

I experienced exceptionally, great customer service at the drive through on the morning of Friday, 12/30/16.  I was warmly greeted by the gentleman in the window and he provided service with confidence and respect. Thank you!!

Customer service at this branch is horrible.  The manager has no manners, he's rude as hell.  I think he's racist.

I walked in and was not greeted at all. I made eye contact with 2 males employees and had a seat. I waited for 6 minutes. Then I went to the female teller to ask if she can change my address or did I have to continue waiting.  She responded ,wait. So, as I went back to my seat upset. One of the males asked " you guys need help"? I said no just wanted to hangout in Chase today. 
They need customer service training.
