Told hold time 1hr and 54minutes to speak with representative, i can hold or request  callback or come into branch to discuss my account.   
Yet you are always hearing your call is very important to us.  THEN HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!. some questions cannot be addressed via automation.  You are among many these days that are not Customer service friendly to put it nicely.  Nothing special here!!!!.  I called branch spoke to someone who referred me to 800# because they no longer talk about accounts over phone have to refer to 800# or come in to branch.  How important or helpful is this?  One star is too kind to this bank.

I am their member since 5 years .. their staff is very helpful. They also provide lockers at a very cheap rate

When I 1st opened the account inside they were fantastic. But NEVER- NEVER do drive through teller. Every time I come I see SLOOOW long lines and now I know why. 3 Different tellers handled a check cash and deposit which took 30 minutes of sitting in my car. They kept walking away and disappearing everytime I sent the vessel back. 30 minutes to deposit check smfh!!

I was at Bank of America 7-2-15 my bank teller was chetna . The slowest rudest bank teller in the history of tellers . She took 20 minutes to attempt to cash my check only to tell me that she cannot do it .I asked why & she told me she can't tell me & I can TRY to cash it at my bank . Not only was I embarrassed but I was skeptical about the check I asked my bank to check it out & cashed it against my balance . In 5 minutes . Would NEVER bank here !
