I would give it a negative number if I could. I went in and Ron Doyle refused to assist without an appointment in an EMPTY bank. Came in 10 min prior to 10am last Friday. Ron assured me no one could help with a real quick process because there was a 10 am appt scheduled. (Keep in mind I've done this process many times and it is extremely quick.) After that I waited to deposit a check with a teller, while in the process he walked up to her and tells her to screenshot my account in her ear. After she tells me the only way she can deposit my check is if I fill out a form and get to the back of the line again I end up just cashing it. This may be a new policy but it should be made clear prior to waiting extended amounts of time in line. I've never had to fill out a paper to deposit a check in my account. As I'm cashing my check now since I cannot deposit it, I turn to see Ron Doyle sitting on the couch. Apparently he is too busy to have someone help me, but he needed to sit down and rest?!

 After I finish it is a approx 10:10-1015 and the 10am appt still has not arrived and Ron Doyle refuses to allow and personal bankers assist me. I then leave and he proceeds to follow me out to my car!!! He's yelling at me saying things like "do you want us to close your account right now?" "We will be happy to close your account right now." I end up breaking down in tears. I have so much going on that this was the breaking point. I've never felt like such dirt and treated so poorly by a company. I'm disgusted.

Been to this location several times. Always walked out wanting to cancel my banking with them. Would inquire about different things and always ended up speaking to same guy. He was more concerned with how professional he look in his suit than what I had to say. I would be talking and just watch his eyes drift to whatever was going on behind me  and then began to not even hear anything I was saying. This guy looks like he should go back to cologne in the middle of the mall. I did not feel like my bank cared for me or my finiacial needs.

Most incompetent employees I've ever experienced. If you go here expect to wait at least an hour for a simple transaction

would not recommend anyone to visit here. I think they never know how to spell "customer services", and so busy to talk to other co-worker.

Used to be the best bank.been banking with them for 30 yrs.worst banking experience ever.1 teller open at 4:00 pm.20 people in line..guess its not about customer service anymore.3 Fridays in a row.the sad thing is they don't care.
