Unhelpful. Closed all the drive through lanes and don't have sufficient help inside to accommodate incoming customers. Always a problem. I'm embarrassed to say I've been a loyal customer for 25 years. Pathetic.

I have a problem with an incoming wire transfer. Called the on-line people. After speaking with 5 people, no answers; phone system kept placing me with generalists, not wire transfer specialist.

Called Gallatin - no help. This place is a total mess. Promised to call me back; 2 hours later - no call. Called back; told me everyone was busy and then I was disconnected. 

Solution - close the account.

Thankfully I don't have to visit often but when I do the staff have been helpful.

Andro who works at this bank is top notch. I had some issues with a different bank and very frustrated. He was professional kind and went above and beyond to help me out. I went in at a very busy time on a Friday  (payday) and the manager of the bank was walking around making sure everyone was taken care of

Brittany Dowle @ inglewood, TN is so rude, bad customer service asking too many personal question like what kind of business you own and how did you get the money from, i guess she is racist.
