Alicia Romero, the Manager of this location, is the rudest, most RACIST person I have every met. She encouraged her other rude staff member, Nancy, not to serve me and falsely accused me of using false papers. She also demanded to know on which side of Rio Rancho I lived i.e. the posh side or not. I was new to NM and did not know. SHE REFUSED TO SERVE ME FOR NO OTHER REASON THAN MY RACE. I nearly made a race claim against BoA but decided I had better things to do with my time than educate fools.

It’s hard to make me mad enough to leave a review, so props to you guys!! When you get a cashiers check it is made to be cash. There’s no law that says it cannot be deposited and cashed that day. That is why it’s called a CASH-eirs check. This bank has created and caused so many problems for me. I’m a huge customer of theirs and when I walk into, especially this branch, they always are so rude. Francis was extremely rude and just lost bofa a customer who has millions of dollars going through all 8 of his accounts with them. When I close all the accounts tomorrow Corperate can thank her for putting the final nail on the coffin of this relationship. I’ll make sure to mention that to Corperate as well. Not only that, but I walked into Wells Fargo and asked them if that was normal or a law that a cashiers check can’t be cashed the same day it was made and they straight up laupghed and said they have never heard of a bank doing that. (Seems like they actually want my business) I mean they were both my accounts. I could have transferred the money for free but I paid them, to inconvenience me me?! Come on. I had to have a paper trail because it’s going from a C-corp to a personal account hence the reason for a cashiers check. These people are just ridiculous! This bank is, and I am sick of it! They steal money, they stack the lines, (purposely make the lines longer) to get rid of tellers and encourage people to use the atm. In theory this sounds okay but what they are trying to do is automate customer service. That’s why they have a greeter who could just as well be a teller but they want the lines long to inconvenience people. What that means is they don’t want to deal with their customers. A former bofa branch manager who quit because of their horrible practices told me that. I wouldn’t want to deal with my angry customers either if I treated them this way. Gonna be happy to be done with them once and for all!!!

Wish I could give it zero stars. Asked the teller "how was your day?" And was told "I still have work to do, what can we do for you today?" Ok.... We had the exact experience as Andrea M. Except we stayed for a hour to accomplish absolutely nothing and made to feel like we were an inconvenience to the personal banker. The lady was obviously distracted by another customers little dog. Then after she was "done" (what she actually did, beats me) she never told us what she did. Which was absolutely nothing. All we wanted was to close my wife's accounts. Avoid this location and go see Omar at the Coors location. I wish there was a way for Bank of America to give me that hour of my life back.

Nothing but unpleasant experiences at this particular location. Does not know how to be friendly, and are very impersonal. I was made to feel that I should feel privileged to be able to bank with them. Cannot accommodate even the most simple of transactions without being greeted with an unpleasant attitude. Do not go to this bank. Changing to another bank asap.
