This Bank of America is very slow and inefficient. They usually only have 1 teller working so be prepared to wait a while to get service.

Can this center be any more pathetic.. 
Come here to waste your time. They make you book appointments even if the person taking appointments is essentially free. Then you book an appointment arrive 3 hours later to find out they ask you to wait even if you come at the right time. Total waste of time.

I took an appointment because the branch is quite busy . Everyone was very courteous and answered all my questions. Good experience. However I am a person who asks too much questions. So after a lot of questions, they were kind of on their edge....But overall it was good experience.

Decent bank in the area. Seems to become easily crowded, and hours of operation are very short. However, I've always had good experiences with the staff.
