Worst BOA branch in any North Jersey  ever!! They didn't wanna cash my check because l have a Chase account but my company works with BAO..l have to scream them at the end but they cashed it.. other locations have no problem though

Very bad service. I completely agree with previous reviews. Managers don't deserve working in that bank. Today I was in this bank again and the manager even turned around and walked away and didn't anwered all my questions by showing her impatience and disrespect to the customer. She even didn't tell me goodbye. It seemed that as me came to her home without invitation. I was very offended and disappointed by  personnel. And this is not a first time. I am considering to change the bank that will value me as a customer.

I've always given them a chance to help me out with something time to time they get worse & worse and their building get nicer & nicer. Especially one lady who looks Indian that is "Hispanic" will scam you out of the details to chip into a card and taking out details that you didn't know, it's false advertising she should get arrested. Close down these people. I thought it was a representation of BOFA, but it's particularly these group of hooligans
