Bad service. I waited for an hour to get a new card after the customer service rep went outside, got lunch and came back while there were 3 people waiting for him. He even told us "I'll be right with you" before going on his lunch,, very unprofessional. Not coming back.

El servicio brindado por el representante Alejandro Fernández fue excelente, me explico con mucha paciencia y profesionalismo todos los servicios que ofrece el banco, además se mostró muy amigable y me brindó muy buenos consejos, que me son muy utiles. Me sentí muy bien atendida, nunca había recibido una atencion de tan alta calidad en un banco.
