I'm a private wealth client with BofA, and I'm always happy with their customer service at other locations EXCEPT this one. Huge lines with only 1 cashier, and only two tellers, REALLY? Furthermore, I really despise the workers there; they are all rude & have no sense of shame at all. I hope these parasite employees gets fired!

Friday its the busiest day and they have 2 tellers trying to get thru a line of 15 people this is not acceptable they are way understaffed and then they take the merchant line before the normal one wich is just getting way bigger very disappointed with bofa!

The manager and assistant manager refused to cash a bank of america check and told me to take it to my bank. The staff is lazy, rude, and has reafimed my position to never bank with this company.
