I had gone in there to make a fraud claim on a check i had sent out in which was intercepted and modified and inwas fortunate enough to have been helped by  Ms. Virgina Rios she was absoulutely amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate me and get my claim settled promptly. Very refreshing to see that level of customer service. She even called my mortgage company to (mortgage check was my fraud claim) waive the late fee and tried as to even ask them if there was any way it could  effect my credit. Exactly what a personal banker should be . Se habla espanol

Horrible service... Everytime I walk in this bank is a nightmare... Horrible super long lines and the management could care less. Asked to see the manager waited for 25 minutes an they never came.

By far the worst branch I have ever been to. Rude and disrespectful managers completely unprofessional would not recommend this Wells Fargo for anything especially opening a new business account.
