Hate going here. It's so bad their customer service that coming here means making sure you have nothing planned after words. I've gone in times where I'm the third person in line and there's three tellers open, mind you they have about 20 Windows to serve customers but no more than four windows will be open at a time maximum. I still waited 30 minutes for a transaction that took me a minute and a half that I had to do at the teller. Most recent experience there I was there 50 minutes 8 people ahead of me and three tellers. They so badly need to actually have a section for only business customers because that's the problem business customers they're serving taking up all the time while people with simple transactions are made to wait. I do not recommend Bank of America to anybody after my experiences with them. Cannot wait until I can refinance with a honorable credit Institution.

Wow..... Only 5 Handicap spots and not one with handicap plates!!!!! The guard is just standing there watching as I parked way out in order to open the side door in order to get the wheelchair lift out.......

Its ridiculous that bank of america has so many windows to attend their customers and every time i come here they only have 2 to 3 windows open.. but this bank is the worst out of all of them!!!
