Came in to open an account and branch was completely empty, still had to wait over a half hour to see a banker to open an account despite there being no other customers and several bankers who appeared to just be sitting at their desks. As someone who has worked as a personal banker at another bank, this is unacceptable. If you do not have a customer in front of you, there is no excuse to leave customers waiting that long. Perception is reality, and my perception as a new customer is that Chase branch employees don't care about their customers. Ended up walking out and going to a credit union instead

This branch is terrible. Wait times are always over 30 Minutes for any service or over an hour if you want to open a new account or a simple name change. Do not use this branch. Terrible service and understaffed.

The Banker are worse than the DMV. Wait time is horrible.   Dont waste your time in less your planning on losing 3hours of your life.
