waiting in like inside the bank on a Monday afternoon. 30+ minutes. one inside teller. many other employees not helping the 7 people piling up at the line. experts at ignoring the stares from the people patiently waiting.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because there is no option for 0 stars. I never did get anyone to answer my phone call at this branch. Had to call a different branch just to get a simple question answered. It took the other branch 7 phone calls just to answer the phone. I don't bank at BOA but my mortgage is with them. I needed to get an insurance check endorsed to release the funds to me. Was told by the other branch to come here and it would be simple. Got here and was told they don't have the stamp and that their stamp was sent elsewhere a couple years ago. Wow. Just wow!

I had to call 5 times before they answered my simple question.  They kept sending me back to the main menu, They need more help for customer service.

Came to close my account. They were very helpful.

Put a 14 day hold on money that has already been approved.  No access to  a dome until 14 days.
