If you have to go to Bank of America, don't go to this one. The ATM are more helpful then the people in there. People were standing in line waiting forever and as soon as you get to front, the clerk will find any reason not to do her job. You can cash your check online with the app. Yes but I'm here so cash my check. It would be easier and faster if you do it online. Here other person can help you do it online.

Worst bank center ever! Always bad experience at this one..Might as well bring your overnight bags cause you'll be in line forever...Terrible Customer Service..Thinking about closing my BOA account for good!

I went once to pay on my mortgage. Got there at about 8:40ish and waited for the bank to open. Other cars pulled in to the parking lot with me and waited for the doors to open. At 8:55 two people got out of their cars and began walking to the doors, so the rest of the customers followed. Turns out that the two people that walked to the doors first were the manager and a teller. Shouldn't they have already been inside preparing for the day? They finally went in and asked the customers to move back because another teller had to come in before they could open. So we had to "give them room to open". By now its after 9am. The customers were finally let in and still had to wait for the tellers to set up. Then one teller; seeing that customers were irritated says, " we couldn't set up properly because the customers messed up our morning opening procedures". Does the procedure include walking in at opening time? 
Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service!

Worst bank i got to go. They only have one clerk to run the deposit department. Long lines.

Seriously why do they only have 1 teller working this location? I have been in so many times over the years and wait far too long in the line. Ridiculous.... avoid going in if you can...
