Not the same service I got when opened my account here at Merchants Bank in 1973.  Not even same caring staff as 2 years ago. For service I have to go to Plaza location - Prarie Village location even worse

I used their drive up atm and it shut down, not before it took money out of my account and gave me a error message. Ben the branch manager was the biggest tool in the box, sorry I can't help you. contact your financial institution was the response i got. What comes, around goes around.
